How likely are you to recommend Dr. Muller?

Prior to making my appointment with Dr. Muller, I read many online reviews. Feeling that she could be the answer to DECADES of eye doctors treating my symptoms of ocular rosacea, eye allergies, blepharitis and MDG, rather than my underlying problems, I called to make an appointment. At Dr. Muller’s office, you will always speak to a person when you call and will always get answers to your questions. And, from my experience, your eyes will feel better than they have ever felt! But, do not go there if you are not willing to put in the work to attack your dry eye and MDG. She will do everything she can, but patients must be willing to follow instructions! Sure, Dr. Muller offers some expensive treatments that are not covered by insurers, but it is made clear to the patient that these are their options. They are transparent about everything. So, do your homework and be willing to say no if you feel that something isn’t right for you.
