I arrived at White Memorial Hospital with Osteomyelitis, CHF, mitral valve prolapse, anemia, and needed a blood transfusion. Dr Jacob Flores was my attending physician. He put a team of doctors together and saved my life. I have since changed my insurance group so I could continue on with Dr. Flores as my primary care physician. Thank you Dr Flores!
