My visit with Dr Ziegler was in March of 2018. I saw Dr Ziegler at St Mary’s in Hobart Indiana. I was admired by Dr Gasparis, who is also an amazing Doctor. Dr Ziegler got me stable enough with my heart to be sent to Northwestern for an LVAD. Dr Ziegler knew I needed more than he could do at St Mary’s and sent me there. I had my LVAD for 16 months and then received the wonderful gift of a heart transplant. If it wasn’t for Dr Gasparis to admit me to the hospital and for Dr Ziegler to do all the excellent work getting me stable I would not be here. 4 years later and I’m still here, very grateful for Dr Ziegler, thanks so much.
