The staff at the Institute is friendly, competent and all around a group with a smile and frequent laughter.Dr. O’Keefe is loved by his staff as seen by the laughter/professionalism between Doctor and nursing staff.Dr. O’Okeefe, without a doubt, is a patients doctor. He has great chair side manner, He is very competent, explains problems and treatment plans very well, does not rush you, has a great sense of humor. I get a shot in each eye every six months and actually look forward to my visits. In my 80 years of life, he is far and a way one of the best docs I have had in terms of out comes, treatment and caring. That should tell you something.
