Staff at front desk pleasant. Nurse, Yok, assigned to me for infusion procedure was VERY kind and informative and made every effort for my comfort. I observed the other staff in that area to be likewise to their patients. Lab technician several weeks ago also kind.Dr A looks at you when communicating with determination that you understand what he is explaining and in a most kind way allowing you to feel he understands your anxiety. Several years ago, I was a patient of his, and now, again. I thank God that he chose this VERY difficult field of specialty.
