I started with Dr. Trogan after experiencing severe pain a few weeks earlier in a molar. I needed to find a new dentist in my neighborhood who was in network with my insurance. Weeks earlier, I had an infection in a molar with a very old filling. (Another doctor prescribed antibiotics and the pain subsided) Dr, Trogan said she wouldn't know if I needed root canal until she opened the tooth. She worked quickly but carefully after assuring that I was fully numbed and felt no discomfort. I did wind up needing root canal work. She said it was not an easy tooth to work on, yet she did it proficiently, and I was out of the chair in less than a hour after I first arrived in the office. I thought I'd be in serious pain for a few days but one day I had typical discomfort, not severe, and two days later I was back to normal, no pain or discomfort. I'm very pleased with the work and will return for a crown. Also, the office's dental hygienist was very sensitive to my anxiety around dental office
