very little waiting, staff is supportive and friendly. you don't leave until all your questions are answered. also they do their best to work with your schedule. At one point the insurance was an issue (surprise), so I did go to another doctor he is okay, but it just wasn't the same. So as soon as I could I switched back and for my mom too.
