He spends time getting to know his patients, is kind, thorough, and always follows up with bloodwork/tests/results when other doctors might not bother. He is also honest about what will and will not help with certain conditions, and whether it is actually necessary to see a specialist. Gayle is also an incredible member of his staff! They all know their stuff.
