Dr. Im actually delivered my baby at NewYork-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns, and she was excellent!!! She was very encouraging when it came time to push. Every step of the way, she was communicative about where the baby was, my progress at this time in my labor, and what I needed to do for the birth. When I had a medical complication after I delivered my baby, she was excellent in managing my treatment and care by acting quickly, giving clear instructions and communicating with other members of my care team, and re-assuring me in my treatment.
