I was a patient of Dr. Wheatley for many years. When he Retired, I was heartbroken. He had an amazing " bedside manor ". His education, experience and dedication saved me when I was hospitalized in the ICU at the old Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center in 2003. He cared for me until 2017. I will always hold him in the highest requards.
