This is my personal experience with Dr. Howard Chi and his caring compassionate staff whom I truly thank. My original extraction was a month away August 16th thank the MAN above I asked should anything become available sooner please call. I received a call back days later with a sooner appointment. I needed a root tip extraction on one side and cracked tooth extraction on the other. The pain I suffered was soon going to be over and I didn't have to wait another month. It didn't make a difference whether I had hot and cold sensitivity. I felt the root pushing through my gums causing sharp pains to my head. At night I felt the throbbing pain even more. I couldn't wait another month. I cried the whole time and the nurse stood and wiped every tear and told me to breathe true compassion. I suffer anxiety Dr. Howard Chi worked on me as tears rolled down my eyes assuring me I will only feel the pressure. He did a great job, he talked to me the whole time and explained everything. I thank you
