He earned his medical degree from the Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed a fellowship in cardiology at Ochsner in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he has been on staff since 1999. Dr. Dinshaw is board certified in cardiovascular disease. He is also a Diplomate of the Certification Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography and a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography.
