Dr. Estepan listens, asks questions, and consults with me every time I see him. I believe his approach is unique, because he has a deep understanding of how my body works. His prescriptions often do not involve medication, but rather simple changes to my behavior which cause my physical distress--for example my acid reflux. The nights I finish eating 5 hours before I lay down to sleep--I have no acid reflux. On his suggestion, using an arch insert in my shoe eliminated pain in my heel. No pills.
