Dear Dr.Hansa This is Affan from Karachi-Pakistan Madam recently my niece suffering blood sugar & it has our family first ever case about her sugar level is very fluctuate fasting her level was some time 195,180,290 & after meal its going to be between 280 to 350 & 423.please advice what kind food we give her because in Pakistan no doctor's will appease our concern kindly cooperate us.......send your reply on my email ID affimush@hotmail.com Regards
