Dr. Lakhani has been both me and my husband's Doctor since 2003. For a little while I changed my insurance and he didn't take the new insurance that I had so I paid cash because I didn't want to change my Doctor. That alone should tell you something and I am not easy to please. Yes there might be some things in the office that needs some improvement but his personality is definitely not one of them. Dr. Lakhanni is one of the most considerate and caring Doctor that I have ever met and I have met a lot. He really listen to you and does not rush his appointments. I believe his patients wellness are his first priority and I can't imagine him being rude to anyone. I never wrote a review before but when I read the negative review, I just had to say something.
