The office staff is always welcoming but it seems like there is always someone new there [red flag]. Dr. Sahni is a very sweet doctor, however sometimes appears off like not all there. I also noticed that the phlebotomy techs wear no gloves while drawing blood all while wearing long acrylic nails [major red flag, unsanitary]. Very dirty bathroom and white doors are filthy. Overall unsanitary medical practice with always changing staff [no one ever gets to know you and your child well enough]. Needs improvement.
