Dr. Hiltgen is my primary care doctor since moving to the area. He comes to every appointment making you feel like he really knows your health history and current issues despite the fact that he likely sees dozens of patients per week. He comes in without a computer, he focuses entirely on you and listening to what's going on with you. It's been so long since I've had a doctor who is so attentive and really knows his stuff and takes your own thoughts on the issue into consideration. He never makes me feel like I can't give my own two cents about the course of treatment. He's genuine and willing to listen and explore to get to the bottom of things. Appointments haven't ever felt rushed. Always replies quickly and with care to questions I have had between visits. His nurses and office staff are friendly and caring. Highly recommend!
