??Dr. Phillips is by far the BEST obgyn around shreveport/bossier. I had such a horrible experience at Willis Knighton PIERREMONT in 2020 I swore to my husband we'd NEVER use Willis Knighton Health Systems again, but meeting doctor Phillips definitely changed our Perspective. He's very caring & understanding about our birthing plans. I would definitely recommend him especially if you're wanting a Vbac. Even after 2 c-sections he's willing let me try to deliver my baby naturally!!!
