I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Ross. He spent quite a bit of time with me, and was warm, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns (even the somewhat minor ones) and carefully answered all my questions. He explained what might work for me, what wouldn't, and why. He could easily have pushed for expensive treatments but remained conservative in his recommendations. The entire staff, in fact, was wonderful.
