I think he may be retired now. My experience with him was that he was one of the best doctors I'd ever been to. No, his bedside manner is not a 'warm fuzzy' one, but he genuinely cares about his patients and getting to the root of what the problem is, he thinks outside the box. If I could have seen him as my primary care doc, I would have, in a heartbeat! All the best to you Dr. Koteen if you ever read this.
