Dr. Anand has 'scope skills' rivaling only a few doctors in all of Georgia. Absolutely fantastic. No issues there at all.However, the office setup and procedures for making appointments is a dumpster fire. And it becomes even worse if you need them to coordinate with the local hospital, or if you ever have to change appointment times or dates. It can take months (not kidding) of you having to call them back repeatedly to get an appointment on the books and in-between there is little-to-no follow-up or follow-through the office staff.Then, when you finally come in for an appointment, the doctor or PA will ask 'why are you months late coming in for your procedure or visit?'So frustrating.
