I saw Dr. Nelson at Metro Urgent Care. Her examination was thorough in that she asked many relevant questions while performing a careful and considered physical examination. I was impressed that she was so intellectually curious, and took the time to do additional research before settling on a diagnosis. She explained the potential diagnoses and her conclusions clearly, and did the same in conveying the treatment plan and follow-ups. Beyond that, she was kind, attentive, and empathetic.
