Dr Hausler is without a doubt as good a family practice doctor as there ever was. Brilliant and loves his patients. His ability to listen is unmatched. As a patient for over 30 years I have nothing but praise for his abilities. His practice on the other hand, front desk, has a different view of ability to listen. Having been recently diagnosed with Covid and being told that I had to wait 10 days for a tele visit was absolutely absurd. Being my age that would mean suffering through Covid with nothing other than my covid shots to protect me. Trying to reason with them was pointless, her way or the highway. I instead went to Urgent care and was given Paxlovid immediately. Their response to what I was told was complete disbelief. In that time period under the worst scenario, I could die. Dr. Hausler is the best, however I have since left him and found another primary care physician that agrees with my assessment.
