Dr. Tolivers has cared for my husband and I for several years now. He always listens and is thorough with my health questions. He has had staffing problems but that isn't his fault. He actually cares about his patients which I cannot say about other doctors I have had. I also want to say that my husband and I have referred several people to him. They all love him, too.
