Psychiatrist: Dr Joseph is very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and experienced. He has been treating me for depression for 3 years, and my life has changed dramatically for the better. He is a very nice, kind man. I used to go to him at Behavioral HealthCare in Kingston but he moved offices in early 2016 and is now at Spectrum Behavioral Health in Kingston with a new phone 845 331 1079. I highly recommend him.
