Dr Jacobs is very knowledgeable about many different things… I’ve been seeing him for well over a decade. At this point, he takes notes to be able to remember certain things… To me that is smart, and helps the doctor retain certain information that is important regarding what’s going on your life at that time, etc. he is very fair and upfront with all information and inquiries. He has never made me feel uncomfortable, not remotely. One time he asked me if I smoked marijuana just then… He smelt it, but it wasn’t me… I had a cigarette 10 minutes prior, but I don’t smoke marijuana. Regardless, he’s always been fair and caring to me whether it’s on the phone or in person. When I’ve needed him, he’s been there for me at all times… He’s a good guy, you have to get to know him, but he’s super easy-going and laid-back would be my best assessment of him. The people who are complaining seem to be the ones who are not getting the medication they’re looking for… SORRY- that’s what I read.
