A month and a half post surgery I had occasion to me to speak to Dr Pess. I was informed that he’d out of the office (it was the Christmas holiday) but was reachable by email. I honestly didn’t hold out too much hope, but wrote to him anyway, late in the evening. To my utter surprise, I got a response the very next day. Our communication required several more emails and they were all handled in a timely fashion. I’ve never experienced this level of attention, and customer service, from a physician before. Exceptional!
