Dr. Hattaway was very kind and helpful. Tasked with the job of informing me, an overweight, middle-aged woman, that I have arthritic knees and the only way I'm going to lessen the damage is to drop some weight, he did so in a kind and gentle manner as opposed to being condescending. I genuinely felt he was trying to help me. I left feeling good about myself, feeling good about my experience, and confident that if I follow his simple instructions, I can hopefully find ways to lessen the pain.
