I was one of the last babies he delivered. From the 1970s to the 90s he had a patient to physician relationship with my family and kept our biology balanced when things happening with biology were not always known yet and specialists were scarce. He listened to my mom about taking care of me and worked with her never against her. He has seen a lot of things like what parasites are or rashes from chicken pox and knows the best and worst case from decades of seeing patients and caring for them. He wasn’t always right or perfect but he was faithful and kind and would keep going with you if his hypotheses was a little off or needed renewed. He is one of Tulsa’s best and loves his work to still be doing it some. During community sick times in the older days his office waiting room was slow. This gave kids a chance to discover Highlights and mad magazines. I never remember our time being rushed and he helped my mom with two or three kids sick and did not cherry pick out the most acute the way I see happening in some places today. He knows the great mother loves all her children and keeps them all healthy.
