Dr. Rusk will follow the individual' healthcare delligently. Dr. Rusk has an MD degree which provides him with clinical knowledge useful for understanding brain chemistry. Unlike most psychiatrists, Dr. Rusk will spend better quality time. He will engage in collective decision making before medication changes, if so desired. I strongly recommend this psychiatrist because he cares and communicates effectively. The only comment I have is the wall color.
