After my long time doctor retired, i finally made my way to Dr Ratliff. I enjoy my visits with “Doc”, he treats you as a person, not an insurance claim, not a nuisance, not patient # 534565. Doctor Ratiliff has become my friend, my doctor. And his staff !! They return calls, they call to check on you ! Crystal is a caring nurse. Can’t recommend Doctor Ratliff enough. Truly, they make you feel it is about YOU, not about how hectic their day has been (Which, I’m certain is normally incredibly busy).
