What I appreciate the most is that Dr. Tong explains things in a manner that is both respectful and helpful to a non-medical professional. He listens to my concerns, and spends as much time with me as is necessary for me to understand the issues. Although he is a specialist, I feel comfortable asking him more generally about health issues that concern me, knowing that I will get a thoughtful response.
