Dr. Koon is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever interacted with. My personal expectation from a pediatrician is that they not only care for the child, but also the parents and Dr. Koon exemplifies this. My children were never scared to go to the doctor (as some can be) while in his care and I really felt like my parenting concerns were heard and addressed during our well visits. We will greatly miss Dr. Koon in Lansing, but wish him the best at his new office!
