I have been going to Dr. Garmin Ho for more than 2 years and very satisfied with the services that I have received. The facility is very neat and clean. The ladies at the front desk are friendly with smiles and courteous. With appointment, I don’t have to wait a long time unlike other offices. I have done a few times as walk-in, warned about the long wait. As for the assistant, she takes notes and reviews my medical history before she hands me over the doctor. I like Dr Ho. He’s very attentive. I appreciate that he takes time to explain my medical conditions, procedures and most importantly, fix my ear problems.
