I have noticed a decrease in the cramps in my right leg and foot. I used to have them every night. Also, when I play the flute, I used to only be able to hold the note for four beats, before becoming short of breath. Now, I can hold the note for 12-16 beats, so I feel like I have more oxygen and better circulation. I am not winded when walking up the hill anymore. Who would think that fixing your legs would help with your airflow.
