Patient Reviews
Aug 14, 2020
Originally went to see Dr Holmes after a knee injury (articulating cartilage damage) left me unable to walk and was experiencing fairly severe atrophy in my leg muscles as a result. Dr Holmes was my “second opinion” doctor as the first only wanted to do surgery. After truly spending time with me to understand my issue and how I may have injured it, Dr Holmes recommended we try PRP first along with a solid PT plan to help build muscle strength. After several months, two PRP injections along with regular PT, I was able to regain full use of my knee. My follow up MRI showed NO defect in the cartilage. I’m so thrilled with the results!
