Wow! Dr. Meredith is the most compassionate physician I've ever seen. She spent such care in getting to know me as a person and performing the right tests to determine why I was so tired and weak. I saw her just in time. My test results were extremely alarming, yet somehow reassuring. I also love that she is passionate about collaborating and educating all involved. She is truly and angel and I have no doubt she saved my life.

Care Philosophy
  • I feel that the essence of life boils down to balance and joy. Without either the other is not possible. For every human being optimizing life balance and joy is a lifelong work in progress. This is a focus of my life both personally and professionally. I am a mother of three children and cherish time spent with my family: watching soccer games school plays skiing laughing with my kids. I try to take time for myself dancing Argentine tango listening to music swimming for exercise. Professionally I enjoy creating true connections with my patients and here is where I feel I benefit my patients most. Honest caring open communication allows me translate what can be a frightening and puzzling medical system and to guide my patients to create new positive paths in their lives.
