One year ago I decided to take control of my health. I chose Dr. Frances I. Romero - Shine Direct Primary Care to be my healthcare partner. Dr. Romero is an outstanding physician who practices medicine. She takes the time needed to learn about her patients, their medical histories, and needs. She is patient and understanding. I have a very unusual medical diagnosis that many doctors dismissed after the answers in their medical books ran out. Dr. Romero was tenacious and creative in working with me to find answers. Where the “specialists” failed she succeeded. The Direct Primary Care model allowed me to find solutions where insurance companies and medical mills prevented me from receiving the care I needed. I am a functioning, contributing member of our community, because of her. Dr. Romero and Direct Primary Care are solutions to medical mediocrity and high, unreasonable insurance rates. Thank you Dr. Romero for having the courage to practice medicine!
