Kansas City Orthopedic Institute is a wonderful place. Dr. Santos is a personable and considerate doctor. His office got my treatment, that I had been waiting 53 days in extreme pain through my GP, approved by the insurance company. I had used this practice previously for my torn rotator cuff which was successful and hasn't bothered me since (15 years ago) I completely trust anyone in this office. My pain management has eliminated my pain for now anyway.
