I find myself weighted down with extreme fear with any type of change in my day to day existing. Changing from my longtime psychiatrist to Dr. Zahari was a horrific event for me. When I walked in her office, to see behind her desk a 9 month old Great Dane puppy, laying upside down - all 4 feet in the air asleep. Dr. Zuhairy asked me, did I have any fears of animals. I explained we raised Great Danes growing up. Any doubt, fear, anxiety I had was gone. I felt like I was home. In leaving, I'M lost
