I am a mental health clinician and I refer all my clients/patients to Dr. Kagan. She is highly effective, competent, and attentive with my clients. She is also friendly and easy to work with. I attend all of my clients' sessions when they meet with Dr. Kagan and can tell you from all the feedback I get from my clients that Dr Kagan is well liked and respected. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and to top it off, she speaks fluent Spanish. I highly recommend her for child/adolescent psychiatry.
