I am very pleased with my office visit today from scheduling, doing pre-appointment paperwork, check-in process, and making co-pay payment. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor spent ample time listening to my concerns and ordering tests for further evaluation. I felt the doctor was genuine throughout my visit and made sure I understood the next steps to be taken and why. I am very pleased with Dr. Elhaj, his staff, and their entire process of my appointment.
