I cannot believe I am seeing a negative review about Dr. Chang. It sounds like there is a lot of malicious intent behind it. I've been taking my grandpa to see her for over 15 years. I can highly recommend her to everyone I know (If they need a heart doctor). She explains things in detail and always spends at least 20 minutes to see my grandpa. I can tell she does the same for other patients, due to the wait time. I hope the previous reviewer isn't confusing Dr. Chang with another cardiologist.
