Dr. Gonzalez retired in February, 2023. After decades of dedication to his art and practice, his selflessness, especially over a VA. He will be missed. He is an old-style liberal I usually hate liberals and progressives). Dr. Gonzalez though is different and genuine. Yet here, he never allowed himself to develop bias and really just cared about the patient. Although my issues were not psyche related per sey, they did deal with dependence and suboxone, etc. Before leaving his practice, he went to extraordinarily time and effort to help me find a new doctor (Johanna Torres-Santiago, who ought to be on a magazine cover, she is stunning) ugh... as well as other patients. He, with our permit, sent over records and she decided which she would accept. Anyway, he was thorough as much as he is personable. We will miss you and wish you health and happiness for the future.
