In dealing with a very sensitive patient, dealing with a very sensitive diagnosis, effecting their overall health; Dr Bauer showed authentic support, compassion, concern, and empathy that the patient needed and so appreciated. Dr isn't overbearing in discussing care and gives pros and con's in helping you through the decision making process.
