Dr Helms is seriously the best family dr I have ever been to! She does not rush me, listens to all my issues, listens and answers my question openly and honestly. She isn’t a dr that try’s to market you specific types of meds. She will tell you if it’s a good fit or not. I really enjoy her and her professionalism!
