I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hekkert’s for several years. My mouth is not an easy one to take care of and I love the fact that he can fix issues on the spot. This has included emergency root canals, repairing a tooth that I lost half of, and replacing several crowns. I’m each case, the issue was resolved during my first appointment to his office to deal with the emergency. I have had to return for follow-up care in some cases, but that is to be expected. Regardless of what any dentist has been taught, you make the final decisions regarding your treatment. Dr. Hekkert will discuss certain treatment which is necessary for a healthy, long-lasting smile. He will also discuss cosmetic choices, as well as other treatment that you may want, such as straightening, whitening and veneers.
You will never receive treatment without fully understanding the need for the treatment, as well as the common results and effects. Every treatment item is fully discussed with you, and Dr. Hekkert will answer any questions you may have.
