Dr. Mercer was patient, honest, and extremely understanding. She helped us feel comfortable making a difficult and delicate decision for our son and she welcomed every single one of our many questions, at all stages. She warned us of the risks and benefits of the procedure and gave us her her opinion, which allowed us to make the most informed decision for our son. She did an excellent job and we were lucky to have no complications. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with her and would trust her again.
