Patient Reviews
Jun 27, 2023
Suffering from cholangiocarcinoma, my wife has been Dr. Dean's patient for 2 years. He always puts patient first and is the best in balance anti-cancer drug therapies and side effects. For example, a few days after taking regorafenib in 2022, my wife experienced sever side effects, including headache, hypertension, rash, hand-foot syndrome, etc.. Dr. Dean instructed her to reduce dose by 25%, and those side effects became less sever. As such, my wife achieved progressive free for half a year, which was good for this very aggressive cancer. Although the cancer keeps progression, her quality of life is OK for now, with the 7th anti cancer therapy ongoing.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
