Dr Eric Ly was the neonatologist we dealt when my newborn was admitted to the NICU. I challenged his diagnoses of pneumonia in my son and he took the time to address every one of my points, justifying his team's decisions without being condescending or snippy. After 30 minutes of patiently addressing all our concerns he gave us both a hug saying that we were good parents and doing exactly what we should by asking questions and being skeptical. All doctors should learn from that.
